Get a TXT message when an Inspection is Viewed
In the current version of the Inspection Support Network™ you are able to have the system TXT (SMS) or email you when someone reads a report you have sent them. For example, if you send Bob Agent a report that is time sensitive you will immediately know that Bob as read the report because the ISN can email or Text you via SMS to your cell phone. This is a great way for you to support your agents with preemptive actions.
Erasing Inspection Notes
You now have the ability to erase notes in the Inspection Support Network™. If you have Office Administrator access you can delete notes. Don't worry about tracking though; you will still be able to see and even undelete notes.
Working with the Online Scheduler
The Inspection Support Network™ has a built in scheduling system you can place on your own web site. This allows clients and agents to schedule inspections from your web site through the ISN.
