Posted in: We realize that you may deal with multiple agencies that share the same name, but are at different locations. This can be frustrating when you go to select an agency for an inspection. Through the ISN it is easy to change what you see in the agency drop down.
To filter the drop down simply click on Settings and then Office Settings. Next select Agency & Agent Options. Under List of available values: you can choose from multiple filters that will affect how your agency drop downs display. Just click Save and you are done.
