In the last build of the ISN (Build 2637) we introduced a new suggestion system. Since the release we have had great suggestions pouring in from our amazing inspectors!
We have added the following image to our support blog:
You will see this image next to every new feature and system added based on a suggestion from our amazing users. Additionally, you’ll get an email from me personally thanking you for your idea and letting you know where to read about it. We read every single request and will do our best to get every one into the ISN.

Who Canceled?
Here was a great suggestion! You can now search by client name when searching for a canceled inspection. If you know any part of the client’s (display) name you can now search for them by client’s name in the canceled inspection’s grid.
Coupons, Coupons, CouponsApplying and managing coupons on the ISN just got a lot easier. You can see the new coupon system in use by watching our video walk through of the new system. Now you can click and apply coupons to an order in just a few taps of the mouse.
Quick Link to Download AgreementIf you have the ISN email you when a pre-inspection agreement is signed you will see a new feature. You now will receive a link back to immediately download your Agreement in PDF.
Better Fee Adding
If you have several fee “adders” adding into a single fee in your ISN you can now get a break-down of your “fee-adders” by clicking on the “show fees” link next to your fee. You can read and see more about this feature by watching our short overview video on the break-down of fee adders.

Changing FontsThe ISN is accessible from numerous platforms, whether it be an iPhone, desktop PC, or a MacBook. Each platform displays fonts differently — occasionally, you may find a particular font easier to see. The ISN now allows you to change the default font to something better suited for your eyes. You can watch more about this feature on our walk through video.
Adjusting your Agency Drop Down(s)When creating an order you have the ability to assign or update an agent and give them an agency. When you do this there is a drop down that appears with all of your agencies. You now have the ability to control this drop down 100% and you can read about it more here.
Good stuff as always. Really like the fact that I can now bundle the age and trip charge (per zip) fee into the inspection fee.
Where is the new online scheduler?
Relative to the bundled age adder & trip charge (by zip code) – Can this breakdown be sent in the confirmation email to the inspector based on a new inspection order?
