The ISN is accessible from many different platforms, whether it be an iPhone, desktop PC, or a macbook and each platform can display fonts differently causing the font to be hard to read. If you have come across this or have trouble reading the font in general you are in luck. The ISN allows you to change the default font to something that best suits you, and the best part is that it is specific to your account and will not affect anyone else’s account in the office.

To change the font is very easy, first click on Settings and then select My Information. Next scroll to the bottom of the page until you see Font Type. You can select your new font from the drop down box. After you have selected your font click on Save Information. To change the font back to the default font follow the same process and select Lucida Based Fonts (default).
