After your inspection has been completed and uploaded to your ISN you can email a report to the client. To do this hover over Inspections and then click on View Inspections. You can click on the envelope icon to open it.

Click on the appropriate persons emails you want to send the report to then click on Email Report (as a link) if you have only one document to send. If you send your report this will allow you to track who viewed your report and choose to get a text or email when it has been viewed. A yellow information box will appear at the top of your screen telling you the email was sent.

If your client cannot open the link or you prefer to send your report as an attachment you can click on Email Report (as an attachment). Please note that you can also send along with your report, any other attachments such as pest or radon reports as example by checking the box “Include Attachments from this Inspection Order”. If you have no attachments this box will not appear. Learn how to add an attachment here.
