Viewing Order User History

In this video we will show you how to use a great new feature in the ISN, being able to view the order user history of any order. This new feature allows you to view who started, submitted, and completed an order.

First you want to set your ISN to show the Order User History.

To do this:

  1. Click on Settings and then Office Settings
  2. Next scroll down and click on Inspection Viewing Options
  3. From there scroll down to where you can control what items you see on your view screen
  4. Check the Order User History box to turn it on. (You can also move that to a different column if you want)

You can also add this to inspections that are printed by following the same steps, except for step #2 click on Inspection Printing Options instead of Inspection Viewing Options.

You can now view what person has started, submitted, or completed an order through you ISN!
