Let the ISN be your office to send out automatic and personalized confirmation and notification emails to your clients and Realtors. Here is a short overview video to help in setting up your automated email system.

The Inspection Support Network™ has pre loaded email templates that are NOT turned on under Email -> My Email Events section allowing you to review and edit them as desired.
To make any changes just go to Email -> My Email Templates, choose the desired template and go in through the pencil icon to make your changes. Be sure to Save your changes. To preview your work and see what your email will look like to your clients just click on the blue circle with the white i in it.
Once you are satisfied with the verbiage in your templates go back to Email -> My Email Events again and just click on the light bulb and your email is now activated and working. It is very important to remember and be aware that if you have your email templates turned on, any valid client or Realtor email address you place in your order and put on the calendar will now begin to receive these emails. It is highly recommended you do any testing with your own email address BEFORE you activate your automated emails and go live using your ISN so your clients and/or Realtors will not receive unintentional emails by mistake.
