Uploading your Inspection Agreement to the ISN is as easy as a few clicks, and a copy/paste.
These instructions are only for those of you who have their inspection agreements in a Word document.
Begin by logging into your ISN, and directing your cursor to Settings -> Office Settings.

Under Office Settings, there is a section called Inspection Settings, click on the Agreements button.

Next, click on the Add New Agreement button.

Pick a title for this agreement, and type it in the Title box, that is highlighted in yellow.
Select which state this agreement will be valid in, by using the drop down box highlighted in blue.
Open the up your Inspection Agreement on your computer. Highlight all the text in your document by either clicking and dragging your mouse, or using the command Ctrl + a. After all the text is highlighted, right click and select ‘Copy’ or hit Ctrl + c. Now that the text is copied, move back into the New Agreement window. Right click and select paste, or hit Ctrl + v to paste all that text into the field that is highlighted green.
You will need to update some values within your agreement with the replacement values found in the drop down menu, called Replacement Fields, located in the upper right corner of the “content” portion of the page.
See this post that contains a collection of all our replacement values that you can use in your agreement or email template.
