The search function to find an existing CSI only works if you put in the OID no. If you put in the address, client name, or anything else it won't find it. The search function should work similar to the inspection grid. Love the CSI, but the search function makes it hard to find previous CSI, unless you have the OID No.

awesome changes. The sort feature in the payroll report is still not working - we brought that to your attention many months ago. When we run our payroll reports, we want to sort by the scheduled inspection date - which is on the sort drop down list. Unfortunately, as far as I can tell none of the sorts on the list are functional.

Hi Gregg,

We are currently working on a flash-less version of the ISN. Keep checking back for new functionality for all platforms!

Great work! Any chance this could also be added to the iphone/mobile app? Or is it a Flash based feature that won't run on the IPhone.
Thanks for the continued hard work!!

If they are signing the same agreement but with updated information, the previous signature has to be cleared out first.

If they are signing a separate agreement, no clearing is necessary and they can simply select the agreement and click to sign.

You can clear out a signature by going to View Inspections (Or go to Quick Search) -> Find the Inspection -> Click on the icon in the Signed column. It will take you to a page that shows you lots of goodies about the signature. There is a "remove signature" button!

Great feature signing directly on the laptop. I have a question. If we have a signed agreement prior to the inspection. We arrive at the inspection and revise the inspection scope or fee in the ISN which results in a revised agreement. We then have the client digitally sign the revised agreement at the inspection. Does the revised agreeement replace the old agreement in the ISN. If we then printout the agreement is it for the revised agreement?

Your thoughts and efforts are appreciated.

Paul Furman

PS: Keep up the good work.
