Great recording. I think we follow most of the practices for Order Agreements already but it helps to get the graduate course. I’ve been experimenting with the SMS and hope to incorporate it in our business once William gets back from his family vacation. I posted on the HouseMaster InfoEx that more folks should follow your webinars. Can non-ISN users (or potential users) still see you blog and training videos?

Hey Robb, Using the “shortener” with PHP and ASP allows our users who program their own websites to use it in their scripts. This way they can shorten report URLs or attachments. It is mainly for our users who love to dabble in software on their websites!

This was something I talked to Chris about a few months ago. Is there a way to click on the Google map for an inspection and have the full Google maps open so I can print the page? Or help me understand, within my ISN, how I can print a map to the property.

Of the previous scheduling systems i’ve used and reviewed yours came way over the top. It’s been over 18 months now that we’ve used ISN and i am continuously dumb struck with all the ongoing improvements you are continually making. Most importantly it’s always about relationships and Dan, Chris, & the Steve’s are always not only complete professionals but bottom line just simply fine humans being. It’s always a pleasure doing business with you.

I needed a little kick in the pants on marketing and this interview has got me fired up. Like many I have sat back and have let my marketing almost stop while I was busy inspecting. “Plant seeds as your harvesting ” is an age old saying that really rings true. Thanks for the many insightful tips from two of the heavy hitters in the industry.
