You must enable this feature for your specific office. You will find the option under Settings and then Office Settings. Select the Calendar tab and you will note the Incomplete Inspection settings.

The appointments will each contain a quick list of details from the inspection order. You are now able to control every aspect of those details. If you want to only show the address and inspector you can do that.
