If you have Office Administrator access you can delete notes. Don’t worry about tracking though; you will still be able to see and even undelete notes.

Not macros allow you to save time by doing some of the consistent typing for you. Do you have a note you always add to your orders? Now with Note Macros if you type it in once you will never have to type that note again.
