Build 2364 addresses a lot of formatting updates as well as a few new features.

For example, if you send Bob Agent a report that is time sensitive you will immediately know that Bob as read the report because the ISN can email or Text you via SMS to your cell phone. This is a great way for you to support your agents with preemptive actions.
