Over time you can accidentially enter an agent more than one time into the ISN. Finding these duplicate agents can be a chore. But the system can help you find them quickly. Just click on Clients/Agents and then on Find Duplicate Agents. Read more

Many of you have accidentally added two agents who are the same person; this is easy to do if you are moving through your order process quickly (or if an agent changes their email address and uses the online order form with their new address). Now there is a way to merge multiple agents into a single agent. Click on Clients/Agents and then on Agents; look for the Merge Multiple Agents button and you can merge them down. When you add your agents and agencies you are also able to define teams of agents. This is great if you work with teams of agents and need to make sure you stay organized as to who is on a team when you are emailing or viewing agent information.
